Mrs Antil’s Apartment loves Soho Flea Market in support of the Terrence Higgins Trust

“City Showcase: Soho Flea Market is a new event – for Dean Street; for Soho; for London and for the UK.

Held on Dean Street in Soho, London on Sunday 27 May 2012 from 12:00 until 20:00, this cool new event in the heart of London will showcase emerging creative talent. From fashion to furniture designers, glass sculptors to games developers; all will be exhibiting and selling their works at ‘creative market stalls’ the length and breadth of Dean Street. There’ll be musical showcases, too, from exciting new artists on the City Showcase outdoor stage.”

New fangled electrical web:

“City Showcase is pleased to be working with Terrence Higgins Trust as our partnered charity for The Soho Flea Market.  Details of joint activities for the event will be announced shortly.

Nanette Rigg, Event Producer said ‘we are thrilled to be working with Terrence Higgins Trust for the City Showcase: Soho Flea Market. We have long admired their work and are gratified that we are able to help promote and support such an important cause.’

Genevieve Edwards, Director of Fundraising at Terrence Higgins Trust, said: “We are thrilled City Showcase has chosen us as charity partner. Since the early days of the AIDS epidemic, there has been a great tradition within the creative industries of championing HIV as a cause. We’re delighted to see this support continuing today.”

Terrence Higgins Trust has been chosen as charity partner for the event.  Terrence Higgins Trust is the UK’s largest HIV and sexual health charity with centres across England, Scotland and Wales. They’re here to provide information and advice about HIV and sexual health and offer a range of services including sexual health checks, counselling and support groups. They campaign for a world where people with HIV live healthy lives, free from prejudice and discrimination, and they promote good sexual health as a right and reality for all. To make a donation, or to find out about everything that they do visit”
